The idea of a historical mansion filled with mirrors and supernatural events is really intriguing! Tori's journey to uncover the truth alongside a paranormal investigator sounds like a thrilling adventure. Congrats on BOTD!

Mirrors are often related to the supernatural in fiction. The mystery and the characters are not overly complex, so this BotD is great for readers looking for straightforward stories.

Seems like a fascinating mystery book. I'm looking forward to this one. I wonder if Tori got an answer, though. Congratulations on the book of the day.

I really enjoyed this story! It felt small town in a similar way to Gilmore Girls while also giving a bit of unease and suspense that comes with murder mysteries like some of the Nancy Drew Series and Agatha Christie's works. I was captivated by the first curve of the barreling street, and I look forward to reading more of Ms. Hartley's works!

The premise has me invested—intense suspense either way; supernatural beings or worse, criminal individuals. The sample read was promising. Thanks for your great review.

I'm always looking for a good mystery that keeps me guessing, and the way you described the plot – complex but not convoluted, with both supernatural and mundane possibilities – is so intriguing. The tension you mentioned, even with the possibility of a human criminal, sounds perfect! And a satisfying conclusion is always key.

The title itself is interesting and I remembered the same title that I watched before. A horror movie. I read the chapter 1 of this novel in kindle and I realized that it’s not just supernatural but also mysterious especially that there’s a missing person they need to investigate. I like how the author tells detailed description of the settings there and the actions and emotions of the protagonist. I’m intrigued of the novel so I put this in my library in kindle.

Tori a woman who rents an old mansion until one of her tenants disappears without a trace The strange thing is that when he enters the house he finds it full of mirrors as if someone was doing a strange experiment or trying to see something that shouldn't be there. It's a fascinating book

The Mirrors" by E F Townsend looks so interesting by reading about plot because it's twisted layered story of crime thriller which is masked as super natural with intresting plot twist.
With Warmest Regards,
