I love antiques and could wander through an antique shop until someone politely asks me to leave. I always wonder where the antique has once been, and with whom. There must be some kind of energy around it. I love mysteries and this sounds just thrilling enough; too many mirrors in a house would definitely be creepy. A new mystery series is just what I’m looking for. You’ve sold me!

I started reading this book, and it held my interest. I am curious to learn what all those mirrors are for and where the renter disappeared to. I got a little creeped out when Tori felt eyes on her upon entering the house. The review made me feel even more that it is worth reading the book to the end.

I think I would love this book. I love supernatural thrillers, especially ones that involve a haunted mansion.

The book is a mystery novel that comes with a twist. It has aspects of the supernatural that Tori investigates. This sounds suspenseful and thrilling.

Tori’s journey from a concerned landlord to an active investigator was captivating, especially as the mansion’s eerie mirror-filled mystery unraveled. The balance between supernatural and real-world dangers kept me hooked until the very end

While reading the review, I was so shocked to learn that Tori, the renter of the historical mansion was not aware of what happened in the mansion. I would like to know how this unfolds.

With the haunted house theme and drama that is geared towards horror, this is not my kind of book. But curiosity, they say, kills the cat, so I am not crossing this off my list yet. Thanks for the detailed review, and congratulations to the author on BOTD.

Well, Hal is a brave one. I can't imagine myself investigating a paranormal apartment full of mirrors as a renter. I'll just move. I'd love to see how this is resolved.

I appreciate how you gave all the great aspects of the story without giving away any spoilers. That must be hard to do with a mystery. I came away with the impression that it's a bit like a Scooby Doo mystery, which makes me eager to read it.
