This book tells a tale of the fall and the rebuilding of the zenith star, all things involve like the explosion, the victims and a slight portrayal of the hostility that comes with a fallout with religious extremists.

John’s amnesia makes the book fascinating, and hiding it adds so much suspense. I’m eager to find out if he gets caught.

I am happy that one of the strongest aspects of the book is the guessing game and that the suspense is on a gradual build-up. I would definitely like to read this book and I am glad that I have a copy of it now. I cannot wait to follow John Gowan and see whether he succeeds or not.
Many thanks for the review, @Cristina Chifane.

I admire the fact that John Gowan saw a great opportunity in the face of adversity. He was already picturing himself as the Zenith building designer. Amazing review!

"The Freedom Building" by Martin Kendall is a compelling psychological thriller that delves into the fractured psyche of John Gowan, an architect grappling with amnesia and a fabricated reality, blurring the lines between truth and illusion. Through Gowan's intricate maneuvers to maintain his facade, the novel explores profound themes of identity, freedom, and the subjective nature of reality, leaving readers questioning the true architect of his life.

Amnesia stories always intrigued me. There are a lot of unexpected twists and plots. What do you want to believe? Whom do you want to trust? I'm glad you enjoyed the story. I usually avoid books involving terrorism. Thank you for a captivating review.

Martin Kendall's psychological thriller The Freedom Building has a protagonist whose struggle with his inner problems becomes more captivating than any action-packed story. Despite being in the third person, the narrative solely concentrates on John Gowan's intricate psychological existence. His amnesia would be a great case study for any psychologist or psychoanalyst. The passages in the book where the narrator goes into great detail about John's bewilderment and sense of loss are my favorites.
John is shocked by the incident and goes to the explosion site. Three and a half years later, he experiences an accident on his way home and wakes up in a hospital, although he believes the accident happened the day before.

Your review is a well-structured and insightful review that highlights the psychological depth of The Freedom Building. In fact, I think the analysis of John Gowan’s internal struggles, especially his amnesia and its impact on his professional and personal life, makes the novel sound incredibly engaging. Plus, i like how you point out that we only have access to his version of events, making us question his reliability. This seems to be one of the novel’s strongest aspects, creating an engaging psychological puzzle. Thank you for the review @Cristina Chifane
