Thank you!janete pereira wrote: ↑19 Mar 2025, 10:22 Great review! You can see how much you got excited about the story and how you connected with the characters. I loved how you highlighted the bond with the dog; it really brings an extra charm to the plot. It's very well written, sincerely and convincingly!

Thank you!NetMassimo wrote: ↑25 Mar 2025, 15:05 I had a good impression reading the reviews of the first two books of this series and that's true for this new sequel. The author is clearly skilled at creating great thrillers developing stories with fantasy and in this case also including Parker's rage after discovering corruption within the police. Thank you for your great review!

The setting in Montana’s winter also sounds immersive, making the stakes feel even higher. I like that the book doesn’t just rely on action but also explores themes of redemption and justice, especially with the corruption angle. And if the pacing is solid throughout, that’s always a plus.
I’d definitely consider picking this up, especially if I’m in the mood for a gripping thriller with a strong lead and some well-placed humor. It also sounds like a good introduction to the series without needing to start from book one, which is always a bonus.

I like that the protagonist isn’t just a one-note tough guy but someone who’s wrestling with his past while trying to carve out a new path. The mix of suspense, humor, and camaraderie adds depth, and I always appreciate when a book features a loyal canine companion—especially one as integral to the story as Coop seems to be.
