Review: Procrastination: 13 Ways by Jacob Westlin

Post by chstress »

Jacob Weslin in his book "Procrastination...." offers a very realistic, way to conquer procrastination by telling us how to set and negotiate personal goals, how to handle time, even how to enlist support; furthermore, he tells us exactly how to handle stress; which is an underlying cause of procrastination. He even provides some tips on how to live with and work with the procrastinators we know. It covers a broad range of scenarios, several of which are bound to touch you personally as they did me. And I love that his book will help people like me understand why I am always putting things off till the last minute. " Procrastination; 13 Ways to Develop An Effective Time Managment Mindset & Increase Productivity Without Burning Out Or Getting Overwhelmed With Everyday Tasks" was written persuasively and plainly, yet it's an easy read and gives great advice! I found it to be a very useful self help guide.
