It is an intriguing title and prompted me to check if it was fiction or non-fiction. I anticipated it to be a science fiction thriller.

The title of the book definitely draws me in as a reader, but also leads me to expect a novel that is in the fantasy genre more than a nonfiction book.

I was familiar with alchemy as a concept in medieval history and fantasy or fiction, but the book was much more philosophical than I expected from the title. I may have read A Discovery of Witches too many times, but I thought more mysticism would be involved. That said, I wasn't disappointed in the least. I learned a lot from the book historically and enjoyed how it made me stop and think.

The title of the book 'The Riddle of Alchemy' by Paul Kiritsis is interesting. Alchemy was an ancient practice that involved a combination of philosophy and experimentation to achieve specific goals. The book explores the concept of alchemy including its historical, philosophical, and psychological dimensions. Alchemy originates in the ancient civilization. It blends practical techniques with mysticism. The author has rightly entitled his book as 'the puzzling question of Alchemy.'

I personally find the book title quite appealing as Alchemy is a very broad and curious concept that was and still is discussed with some sort of mystery or intrigue and I believe that "The Riddle of Alchemy" presents precisely that sense of unknown.

I think that the title has a good play on words. It's a catchy and interesting title for sure. I can see how the author possibly used "Riddle" to explain the mysteries and blurred history of alchemy, as it's an ancient and slightly outdated practice. I always love books that can come up with a good title. I feel that titles are just as important as the the book cover.

It was nice enough and it suited the cover. I expected the book to speak on a different subject than Alchemy but I was elated when the topic matched the title.

The title of a book, for me, is the first attraction to a book. I really liked the title of this book. It attracted me to this book first and foremost.
