Review: He Broke Up With You For A Reason by Amy Banks

Post by chstress »

Basically, in this book Amy Banks teaches how to turn a devastating loss into the best thing that ever happened. I can certainly attest that getting past a breakup is a difficult journey to overcome and this book ”He Broke Up With You For A Reason: How to Learn From Your Mistakes, Grow Stronger And Move on to a Hotter, Smarter Guy” is an excellent road-map that will take you through the painful end of any romantic relationship and onto the other side. If only this book had been there when I needed it the most; as Banks puts energy back where it belongs–on the reader. And that is exactly what I needed to hear at the time. The hows and whys of disengagement were discussed in a friendly manner; yet very informative. She talked about how to work through grief, move past fear, and take back your life in a very sisterly fashion. I struggled with tears and anguish and carried around that painful knot in my gut for years; had I found this book back then it probably would have been of shorter duration. If you want to STOP hurting over a breakup, either recently or in the past Banks’s book WILL change your life.
