:tiphat: The author of "Mission Sabah: The Manhunt" set the storyline in an area of Islam that is less familiar. The review has touched on character development, crime, thrills, and the spark of romance to spice up this novel beyond just terrorist activity. I found it alluring when the reviewer mentioned the inclusion of the geographical accents to give the novel expanded depth. Thank you for this review, as the adequacy of explanation opens my awareness and hooks me to read the novel. Great review.

This book sounds like a captivating read. I love thrillers to the core. This book seems to have an intense plot base with topic of terrorism and extremism. And also a little bit of romance to lighten the mood. From this I can tell it's a action-packed tale with unexpected twists. Thanks for the free copy and I'll definitely read it.

Thank you for your review. I read the sample. Inspector Zainal Abidin fights terrorism in Malaysia. An action-packed story with a description of life and the geography of this far-off land is intriguing. Congrats to the author for the #BOTD.

Terrorism is not something I would freely choose for reading but the book sounds really engaging, action-packed and intriguing. Besides it also describes Malaysia with its mountainous regions, beaches, and tropical rain forests which shows the beauty of this country. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Mission Sabah" by V G Kumar Das is an action-packed, suspense-filled book. However, I would have to pass at this time as I am not mentally ready to read a book with terrorists in it. Congratulations on a great book.

Well-written review. The story seems to have a lot of events in it. Crim, thriller, with a bit of romance. Although This genre is not my favorite reading, U hope it reaches the right readers. Congrats on BOTD

"which explains in detail every aspect of the geographical features of Sabah. Also, the description of the mountainous regions, beaches, and tropical rain forests added to the analytical combats." I like how the reviewer has highlighted this. It offers moments of reflection amidst the tension. Its captivating how the author intertwined the themes to create a gripping narrative.

Mission Sabah is the action novel that follows an aparently imminent terrorist attack in Malaysia. When Saadam Elwan sneaks into Sabah, everyone is preoccupied as he intents to form an Islamic State. But his plans are not as easy to fulfill as he expected.

Thank you for such a thorough and engaging review! I was especially intrigued by how the author wove in real geopolitical tensions alongside a gripping fictional mission. The detail about the Pahlawan’s three months of training and the emotional bonds they form adds a strong human element that I really appreciate in thrillers. I’m also curious about the dynamic between Inspector Zain and his old foe—sounds like a layer that adds personal stakes to the broader conflict. And the inclusion of Sabah’s geographical richness, like the mountains and rainforests, makes me want to dive in even more. This seems like a great mix of action, suspense, and even a bit of romance. Definitely adding it to my list!
