You are correct! The answer is "a like" used as a noun.
I went from verb to noun. → With the advent of social media "a like" became a much more common noun of a word often used as a verb.
From movement to sedentarism. → The thumbs up symbol was used for hitchhiking (movement) and now we are using it while scrolling on our phones.
I can be a celestial object or an organ. → Other apps use hearts or stars for likes.
You use me frequently. → That was an assumption since most of us use social media.
What am I?

Thank you everyone; @Diana Lowery, @DAto, and @María Andrea Fernández Sepúlveda. I didn't think I would get it right compared to all the riddle masters here but I'm happy I did.

Time for an easy riddle:
I freeze a moment, but I am not cold.
I hold truth and lies in the same frame.
I age, but never grow older.
You remember through me, yet I am not you.

What am I?

Bravo, you are correct! I don't know if my riddle was easy or if @Priya Murugesan is very clever. It might be both! On to you...
