Emily Barber is a passionate storyteller, homesteader, and U.S. Army veteran with a deep love for farm life. Growing up in Alexandria, Louisiana, she developed a strong connection to nature and animals, which shines through in her writing. After serving 17 years in the military, she pursued her passion for storytelling, earning a BA in English. Emily now shares the magic of farm adventures through her books and YouTube channel, Hoof N Homestead. With warmth, wisdom, and a touch of humor, she brings the beauty of resilience, community, and simple joys to life.
