Praise GodWord was able to garner OBC's spotlight review of "Memoirs of a Management Consultant" by Franco Guazzoni, no doubt through his ability to turn a potentially boring book into sounding somewhat interesting. I've never met a management consultant, but the job has never sounded attractive. GodWord explains how Guazzoni uses lessons from his own experiences and those of others to avoid failures. He (Guazzoni) urges his readers to maintain an attitude of always learning since this helped with his career.
GodWord almost had me convinced to give the memoir a try. However, while he was impressed by the author's "vast capacity" to remember numerous names, he found it made the reading slightly boring and that it could have been better organized. Too bad. I'm not sure it's for me.
The power to say, ‘This is who I am & I expect that your respect for me will define your support of me,’ is something people with disabilities have longed to say.”

The professional world is dynamic. However, as the reviewer puts it, there is always something the next person can learn. Here, the author shares his experiences in management consulting of over 40 years from 1960 to 2000, with companies like MIDA, E&Y, and more. Thanks for this informative review.

The real-life insight into the life of an Italian management consultant would be helpful for professionals in the field.

Thank you for the great review.

This is an interesting book that contains the guide for us to learn continuous learning. It tells us from its experience and its tips to keep us in constant learning. One of the most notable things about the book is that it can learn the names of people and places quite accurately.

Memoirs of a Management Consultant by Franco Guazzoni is an autobiography about the author's business life spanning through a number of years. This book will be beneficial for business and nonfiction readers. Unfortunately, it's not a good fit for me, so I'll pass.

Reading that this book captured 75+ years of the author's life makes me wonder the kind of value that will be packed in one book. Beyond the author's professional life, I believe readers can learn more from his personal life.

A man who studies parameters that occasions failure in his life? Guazzoni is a true inspiration. I will love to read this book to learn his teachings. As an entrepreneur, this book will be very beneficial to me and I can’t wait to go through its pages.

From this great review, Memoirs of a Management seems to be a great book with the author telling his life history as a consultant manager. The most fascinating thing is his ability to remember places and in full that shows he has a great mind. It's likely to be a great read.

Memoirs of a Management Consultant is an engaging and insightful autobiography that blends career lessons with personal reflections. Franco Guazzoni offers a candid look at the highs and lows of consulting, sharing practical wisdom and entertaining anecdotes. While it’s particularly valuable for aspiring consultants, the storytelling and life lessons make it an interesting read even for those outside the industry. It’s a worthwhile memoir for anyone curious about business, leadership, and professional growth. I would recommend it for career-minded readers.
