Soups and crockpot dinners are my comforts. I can scoop it up as I please and it’s warm and soothing. Chicken and dumplings and taco soup are the absolute best ones that I have done!

Any bread product that I can easily buy from Costco to poison myself with, including the Detroit style deep dish double meat pizza.

I actually like whole-wheat flour lemon scones better, but they take a day's work to make. They are so nice when I have them, and the Nature Valley Whole Wheat Strawberry Oatmeal Crumble bars are also a more healthful choice.

My comfort food is biriyani with raita. A close second for me would be ice cream. If it's been an especially difficult day, it's nice to have a cozy meal. Or if I just want a little pick me up- I go for ice cream. Both are wonderful in their own way.
