do you prefer to eat white rice or not?

I love eating white rice. It is a food that can be eaten with anything. From stew to sauce to egg sauce. It is a mixture of a variety of things. I like that about it.

I'm not picky, I will any rice that is available. White rice goes good with stewed tomatos and canned beans. Brown/yellow rice is better for Mexican staples like burritos and enchiladas.

Growing up I hated brown rice and having white rice always seemed like a treat. I found a recipe that changed this for me though. I love having white rice with certain cuisines but when I found an instant pot recipe for brown rice by Mel's Kitchen Cafe I realized how good brown rice can be! It has a nuttier flavor and making it in the instant pot actually brought out the flavors and texture in a way that really surprised me. I guess you could say it's a tie for me!
