Icon Weaving

You are the colors,
Sewing the tangled black thread.
Though chaotic, there’s at least blue, pink, and yellow.
Beloved, we are not weavers.
Your hands are caught in a weave that entangles.

If you endure, you may starve,
But if you break free, it’s an impossibility.
