Reading makes me happier! I love the feeling of escaping into another world. It’s definitely my form of meditation.

It definitely makes me happier! Reading just has so much opportunity. I can learn, explore different worlds, fall in love with different characters... It's full of wonder!

Reading makes me calm and relaxed and helps me work my imagination. It also strengthens my brain function, improves my memory skills and in a way helps slow mental decline. IN the long run, it reduces the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.
