Romance Trilogy Book 1: Endless Echoes of the Soul is written by M. R. Avis.

The author tells us a story of two lovers who have been lovers in past lives. In this current life, we meet Ahmed and Amina. Ahmed is the commander of the king's army. He is very content with leading the army and has no desire to be with a woman during this part of his life. However, the king has a daughter and wants Ahmed to wed her. Ahmed agrees to the wedding as a good and obedient soldier.

Amina is a newly christened moon priestess. The priestesses of the Moon Order take a vow of celibacy, which is fine with her as she has no desire to be with any man. She lives to follow the order of the moon god and goes about the realm delivering the messages that are assigned to her.

One assignment takes her to Nilevalor. She is caught off guard one night, as she has a dream about a past life. The dream felt so real that when she arrives at Nilevalor, she is overwhelmed with a feeling that someone is pulling their spirit to hers. She requests an audience with the king at the gate and is met by Ahmed, the commander. He feels a sudden oneness with her, and it puzzles him.

Ahmed leads Amina to the courtyard to meet with the king. Later that evening, Ahmed has a dream about a past life and begins to realize his true love was the moon priestess, Amina.

The author tells a compelling story about past lives and how when the relationship may not come to fruition in one life, it may come complete in another. Follow along with the author as he spins a tale of true love within the pages of this book. I really like the way the author would go back and forth from one life to another and from one character to another. The writing style made me think of George R.R. Martin and Game of Thrones. The only thing I would change is the descriptive intimacy scenes. I feel they are too graphic, in my opinion. Here's to wishing you find your twin flame. I rate this book a 3 out of 5 stars.
