Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

1. I couldnt even get to that point. Everywhere I went said page not found.

I am unable to open this file on my computer so I must cancel my participation at this time. I really wanted to study this book but can't at this time. I hope to learn how to open my computer so I can participate.

I am having trouble getting the download of the free gift book. Same message with the dog. What is the solution? I don't see it. The same problem that Samanth Arthur in the comment above which several reported. But I cannot find any solution. So what is the point of submitting such a comment.

I asked to be able to read the books on my laptop. When I go to download the book I get "Page not found." So I went to the update page and clicked on "No, I need to download the book." that takes me to "Page not found." So I tried going to the linked page where I am to put in the GSAXVJT4BSYS6CJ code. I put in the code and it takes me to "Page not found." So I tried downloading the kindle app and it only gives me the option of downloading it to my phone.

Having now gone through this cycle of "Page not found," "Page not found," "Page not found" I am frustrated beyond words. If I can't read them on my laptop I am going to have to forego writing reviews for you. I cannot read whole books on my phone. A little help please?
