Here is a book about poop evaluation from the beagles' point of view. It is rare to dedicate the subject of a book to poop. The Very Hungry Beagles Guide to Poop is authored by M. Jackson, Lucky, Mr. Beckham, and Peanut. It is as if the book is dictated by Lucky and Peanut to their butler, M. Jackson, who is always yelling at them to stop sniffing, eating, and rolling in poop. Let's join Lucky and Peanut on their sniffari with Mr. Beckham to learn more.

The two beagles are quite mischievous and seem to particularly enjoy when they manage to find poop that their butler detests the most. In the book, they provide a detailed explanation of their preferences when it comes to poop. They believe that the more stinky the poop, the better it is. The poops come from a variety of creatures that live in the water, on land, and in the air. They rate the poop based on four main categories: smell, taste, texture, and rarity. The winner is determined by the final scores—the poop that they prefer the most!

The book is aimed at a young audience. It is likely to interest them for three reasons: Firstly, the subject matter is quite amusing as it revolves around poop, which is sure to elicit giggles and laughter when introduced in a class or at home. Secondly, the watercolor-based illustrations by Ros Webb are visually appealing and attractive, ensuring that the children remain engaged with the book. Lastly, the format and vocabulary of the book are simplified and appropriate for kids. While a few high-vocabulary words have been introduced, they will only serve to further pique their curiosity.

The book contains information about various animals and their habitats, making it a great resource for teachers and parents. The book provides both informative and entertaining content.

I noticed a few inconsistencies while reading, but they didn't affect my overall experience. Therefore, they don't warrant a reduced rating. I have no complaints regarding the writing style or content of the book.

While reading the book, I faced issues due to the small font size. Although the PDF format allowed me to increase the font size, it made the images appear cut off on the page, forcing me to resize frequently. In my opinion, it would be better if the font size was bigger and bolder, particularly for young readers, to prevent any reading difficulties. Due to the small font size, I had to constantly resize and adjust the book, which is why I have given it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

This book can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. If you are curious to learn which bird, animal, or aquatic creature won according to the beagles, if you wish to know who won the title of poop machine, and if you would like to know whose poop was labeled the most stinky, adventurous, or filling on the dinner plate, then I highly recommend picking up a copy and joining Lucky and Peanut on their sniffari adventure.

This sounds like such a hilarious and creative take on something most people wouldn’t expect in a book! I didn’t expect it to include info about different animals and habitats too. That’s interesting. Thanks for sharing this fun review, @Seetha E. Would love to check it out sometime just for the laughs!
