Growing a brand can be a hassle. There are usually several factors to be considered to ensure the success of the brand. The author, in this book, tells his readers that mastering brand momentum and brand velocity is the secret to building a brand that lasts. At this point, questions come up as to what brand momentum and brand velocity mean and how these concepts, usually used in physics, relate to brand growth. Read this book to find out more.

"Brand Momentum" has a lot of positive aspects. Research is needed to create adequate strategies to improve brand mass (the number of a brand's users) and brand momentum. Tony Lewis has conducted research on the most effective means of advertising for both startups and larger businesses. So, a lot of readers will find the book very informative. In this book, the author does not just make recommendations; he backs these recommendations up with statistics from surveys conducted and research on already existing brands. He uses well-known brands that users can relate to, such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi. When discussing brands’ purposes and visions, he uses examples of familiar brands like Amazon, Starbucks, and Nike.

For further reading and research, the author makes references to certain books and publications by other authors whose works are quoted in the book. I found the use of imagery in the book very helpful as the author made me imagine scenes such as a tennis serve to pass across his points. I loved the inclusion of notes throughout the book. My favorite one was "Big brands in motion are hard to stop, but so are smaller brands that are going even faster." The author used images to help me visualize the author's explanations.

While reading, I did not find any negative aspects. The book was very informative, detailed, well-researched, and well-organized. This is a knowledge-filled read, which will be very helpful to brand growth. Since I found nothing to dislike about the book, it receives a perfect rating of five out of five from me.

I find that the use of imagery and examples is a really helpful, informative, and lasting way to read and learn. Since I’m a visual learner, I tend to remember images much better than any other kind of information. It sounds like a book I would like to read even though I do not have a brand that i need to establish.

This seems like an excellent book for start up businesses, or people who have a brand to sell but have stalemated. It could be a little dry for fiction lovers, but, as the reviewer says, it has been written and researched well.

Brand is what makes one stand out, the purple cow, if you will. A brand building book for startups and big corps is great, but I am wondering if the same principles apply to personal branding.
I write the best reviews possible. :idea2:

Brand growth, brand mass and brand momentum are not really self-explanatory terminology for me. This book will give some more insight on what it is, and could be useful for people looking to gain knowledge and / or to grow their brand.

"Brand Momentum" by Tony Lewis starts with his research on how to grow your momentum so you can continue to grow your brand over time. Also this book gives a Brand velocity score which track your brand's growth and how a customer sees your brand. It is sure to help in a marketplace that is so over run with so many brands today. Great BOTD.

Well-researched and filled with real-world examples, today's BOTD is a valuable read to anyone interested in not only building a brand, but also achieving growth and lasting success through the Brand Velocity Score model. Because I'm not a business owner, I'm not really the intended audience, but your review was so well-written that I'm actually interested in learning more! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Thanks for the clear and detailed review. I like how the book connects physics ideas like momentum and velocity to brand growth; it’s a creative way to explain business strategy. It’s also helpful that the author uses big brands and real data to support his points. Sounds like a useful read for anyone serious about building a brand.
