When I was a kid I used to love 'The Saddle Club', Famous Five' and 'Sweet Valley Twins'. Anyone remember any of these?

Right now I don't have any favorite series.

Although they are outdated and more targeted for children nearly all series by Enid Bolton such the Far Away Tree, and the Famous Five are very good. Another Children's author with a series is by ES Nesbitt. A more adult series you may find appealing is by Jasper Fforde.

I enjoyed read The Bone Island Trilogy by Heather Graham a lot. I enjoyed this series so much I think I finished the series in 2-3 weeks. I love reading about ghost and since this one was based in the keys I enjoyed it even more.

My favorite series ? I would have to say The Womens murder Club by James Patterson. I have the entire collection of 13 books so far. He just released his 13th book in the series,it titled Unlucky 13. I must say this series is one of the best out today if not the best.

Can't really stand the whole fantasy series thing, but if forced to pick one it would have to be the "Lone Wolf and Cub" manga by Kazuo Koike & Goseki Kojima.

Outlander--Diana Gabaldon
Black Dagger Brotherhood--J. R. Ward
Bourne--Robert Ludlum
Love Comes Softly--Janette Oke
Twilight--Stephanie Meyer
I love series stories and read almost all genres. If I like it I will read it. If I don't like it I will probably read it (at least the first one). I could list many more that are really good.

I love reading 44 Scotland Street series by Alexander McCall Smith (author of The Number 1 Ladies' Detective Agency). Smith's insights are clever and his characters are superb.

I also enjoyed the Outlander series. Another good one is The Bitterbynde series, by Cecilia Dart-Thorton. It's a cross between science fiction and fantasy.
