Pretty much anything and everything. As for bread or rice. I prefer rice but when I eat beat it is always whole grain. Jasmine rice is amazing, I usually make it when I am sautéing veggies and meat. I have been an almost health kick lately.

I love rice and bread, but try not to eat them too often. I'm a vegetarian and eat lots of fruit and veggies and oatmeal. I also eat TVP and fake meat. For those who don't like broccoli, try eating it with salsa con queso sauce. It is heavenly. Oh, I also love ice cream.

I don't much care for bread and only eat it when I have to. I also don't eat rice very often. I love food period. All foods. Well mostly. I much rather eat fresh foods, or meals I prepared myself (none of that pre-made, pre-boxed business.) I also have a thing with textures. Certain textures are just icky.
