One I liked since I was a kid was Someday by Elton Britt.

I think my favorite song would be the Remake of "Love Song" by 311. I love the melody and lyrics a lot. http://youtu.be/egX9ZDaIrkU

Though it is horribly romantic when my Husband sing's Tim McGraw's "Watch the Wind Blow By" <3

Check out Amazing Grace by Vera Lynn. She does a moving version with no orchestral backup, just her awesome voice.

Karen Carpenter wrote some super love songs ..

We've only just begun
Goodbye to Love
We fade away, but vivid in our eyes
A world is born again that never dies.
