I read this book right after I watched the movie and I am in love with it. Has anyone else read it? If not please read it or watch it and tell me what you think. SSDD. No Bounce No Play. Jesus Christ Bananas. (sayings from book)

This might be one of my favourite Stephen King books! I read it long before seeing the movie but thoroughly enjoyed the movie too! The story has so much imagination and the characters are so strong and detailed it's hard not to love them. What a masterpiece. I really liked Desperation as well though.
I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over.
Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

I absolutely loved this book! I felt that it gave a fascinating insight in to the human mind and provided a great mix of horror and fantasy. I also read the book long before the film. I have always enjoyed Stephen King books over the films and I thought the film for Dreamcatcher lacked the depth and imagination that I so related to in the book. I also enjoyed reading Desperation and one of my favourite Stephen King books is Rose Madder which I felt was a genius insight from a male into abuse from a woman's perspective.
