ANYONE?
BY: ANGELA SCOTT
PUBLISHED BY: EVOLVED PUBLICATION

As soon as you pick this book up you are immediately thrown into the chaos!
"The blast rocked the house on its foundation, Imploding the windows." that's the very first sentence in chapter one.
so right away the author makes you want to read more. I love how well the author portrays every characters emotion through out the entire book! but then again I loved how she portrayed the characters in general!
every one of them has a personality that is so distinct and recognizable.
I especially love the main character "tess"
a 17 yr, who is just as normal and human as you and me. and when reading a book that is what I like to read.
you see way to many YA novals where the main character is put into really hard situations, and doesn't make choices that would normally be made or do realistic things. it was refreshing to see a young female main character have to face a terrible disaster and survive just like any of us would.

something I found so amazing the author did, that made it really easy to relate to the book was she used real world places and brands. some examples of this are
*Costco
*ghostbuster
*nutella
*one direction
and so many more.

so whats this story about?

a 17yr old girl has to make her way through the city and woods to find her dad, after a terrible natural disaster accurse. she is faced with many challenges and terrible and strange weather conditions. and she's holding on to all she can including her sanity and her cat.

you will love the interaction tess has through out the book with the few survivors she meets.
and in the end you will find your self holding back tears,( or at least I did.)
I recommend this book to all ages middle school all the way up.

and I have to thank this author for giving me the chance to read this incredible book.
