Bram Stoker's lesser known books

Post by J.Seishu »

I just discovered just how many books besides Dracula that Stoker wrote in his life time. Most of them seems to be really nice reads. Has anyone on the forum read any of the lesser known Bram Stoker books? And if so. What did you think of it and what are your recomendations?
Im thinking about maybe reading The jewel of the seven stars.

The Lair of the White Worm is worth a look, rather eccentric as I recall. Thanks for the reminder I must revisit Stoker :)

No idea, as I have always thought that this is his only book Dracula.

I've seen Ken Russell's movie version of Lair of the White Worm but never read the book. Dracula I have read and quite enjoyed, particularly the opening chapters (surprisingly scary).

I love The Jewel of Seven Stars. I seen in randomly at Borders one day and when I seen it involved an Egyptologist, I had to buy it. Once I started reading it I couldn't put the book down. I did not want it to end.

I figured that I would aim to read some more books by Stoker that were less well known outside of Dracula, and so I have just recently checked out The Lady of the Shroud from the library.

I have read The Jewels of Seven Stars also, and it's incredible. I couldn't put it down for the life of me.
