The Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz

Post by tmieofficial »

As a teenager growing up with these books was what predominately got me into reading more books, I had never read anything of the nature before hand and it just opened my eyes to the real attachment you can build with the characters you read about over a series that lasted around 12 books. I have to say the last book almost brought tears to my eyes, it wasn't so much because of the closure I think it had more to do with the way Anthony decided to say goodbye to the characters, it was so far from all the outcomes I expected, it left you pondering over how Alex's life panned out afterwards.
