Great review! I myself think that depending on miracle pills, slimming tea, and The like are not that effective for long term maintenance. One should get to know his/her own body first. A diet that works for a certain person doesn't mean that it will work for another. This, let's just say-article only delves on a tiny part of the entire picture which is mainly eating a healthy diet. Although this would help when it comes to choosing your spices when making your meal.

Thanks, I quite agree. Everyone is looking for a quick fix without actually having to put forth any effort or, God forbid, exercise a little self-restraint when it comes to what they eat. I'm sure that herbs and spices can contribute to overall wellness, but as you said, that's only part of the picture.
