Courage isn't something that is stored to be taken out at intervals. Courage is something that strikes when perceived injustice occurs.

I think I have enough courage for all the things I want to do... like travelling to strange countries by myself or changing jobs.

There are things I may lack the courage for (like bungee jumping) but they are things I don't want to do so that doesn't seem a problem.

laci_baby, seriously if you have the opportunity to quit your job and travel the world you should take it. I'm sure you can find the courage somehow. Imagine being 80, looking back over your life and wishing you'd taken the risk... or being 80 and telling your great grandkids about the adventures you had.

An added bonus is that you'll meet all sort of interesting people and you can ask them for book recommendations. That is one of the things I do when I travel and it has broadened my reading outlook quite a lot.

Me too. I started many years ago and I'm still going! I wouldn't have it any other way and I'm always trying to convince people I meet of what a great way it is to live.

Lennoc has a great point though, I'd rather regret doing something for the effect than regret not doing something and missing out.

Is this meant to be a twist on what our current fears are? My fears are primarily things that I can't entirely control, so I suppose the right way to go about that answer would be to "let go" of things that I can't control. Perhaps more clearly meditate on and clarify what my fears (and alternatively, hopes/goals) are and intent on how to go about dealing with them in a healthy manner.
