Why can't we nominate books that have been made into movies? Almost all great books have been made into movies, for a reason.

Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Phodes

It has won best book of the month on Amazon.
Also as a side-note - I agree with Sarah10. All the best books have been made into movies or are going to be made into movies. It also makes for an interesting book discussion to compare and contrast the book and the movie.

"The Drowned Cities" by Paolo Bacigalupi. It is a grim YA science-fiction novel. about 400 pages long.
