1. "You should have another baby, then your son would have someone to play with." My son's in middle school, so I highly doubt that.
2. "You're so pale! You should tan!" So you want me to get skin cancer? How thoughtful!
3. "You should go back to school and get your master's degree!" I sure will, if you're paying for it!!!
4. "You don't act like you have Asperger's Syndrome!" What does this even mean, and how many people do you know who are on the spectrum? Just me? I thought so!

You tell 'em, Livre!! You'd think it would be common knowledge at this point that it's improper to comment on the size of someone's family!! Like, really? ("Oh, hey, was your pregnancy planned?" Proper response, by the way: "Yes, it was, and we caught the whole thing on videotape!")
As for #4, my brother has your condition (and Tourette's), and I completely get what you're saying. Even if I didn't get it, that is so rude! Geez. On the one hand, it sounds like a compliment (and maybe it is), but on the other hand, it sounds like a criticism (like, "Are you just pretending to have Asperger's, when you really DON'T have it?"). Snort.
