Recommendations for website to create a book

So, I want to create a "book" for my fiance to give him at our wedding. It's not like a novel or anything like that. The idea is something along the lines of "365 reasons why I love you". I haven't really planned out much formatting, but I imagine something similar to those "inspirational quotes" books, where each reason has its own page. Does anyone know of any websites that are reasonably priced that I could design something along these lines?

I know it's super vague! Any help/direction is appreciated!

We've used Shutterfly to create books up to about 25 pages. It might get to be too expensive if you're planning on including 365 pages.

Typically, when I think of Shutterfly I think of photobooks. I want the main focus to be on the phrase/sentence on each page, so there won't be a lot of pictures. I do think it would be expensive to have 100+ pages through Shutterfly. (It would only need about 180 pages since there is a front and back to each page.)

So, there is a website called "lovebookonline.com" and it is basically made for exactly what I want to do. It was an ad on my Facebook today. (Well played Facebook.) It is about $35 (+shipping) for a paperback book and $40 (+shipping) for a hardback.

That is an amazing gesture and so expressive of your love! Is your intent to publish in print as a keepsake? Intent to sell it to the world for others to benefit? Either way an ebook might be better for your needs, much lower cost, ability to print it yourself anytime on your home printer or office store. (Office Max, Staples all have copyprinting services)
Blurb might do print books as well - it's been too long since I've researched them.

As far as format:
I recommend start with a poem, then a page of dialogue or description. Another page photo or illustration from your family or lives together. This depends on whether you want the book to be seen just among family or the world. You may not want your family photos looked at by everyone. Your choice.

Those are great suggestions! My plan was to keep it simple and just have one thing I love about him on each page (i.e. - I love your eyes; the way you laugh; etc.). LoveBook was pretty close to what I wanted with half the work! I didn't have to design each page, find pictures, etc. It is very basic, but I loved the simplicity of it and the funny pictures they had for each suggestion. I think you could create your own pages if you wanted, but I stuck with the options they had. It was really easy to use and should be at my house any day now.
