Definitely Jodi Picoult! When I happened upon My Sister's Keeper, I just had to find more of her books. I think I've read just about every one of them and find each one of them fantastic. She picks topics that are either really hot or controversial and creates incredible stories. They almost always end unexpectedly. I did watch the my sister's keeper movie and was so angry they completely changed the ending!
