Good writing is the soul of a novel. I'm really looking forward to get a copy of this book and read that spectacular writing.

That's so heartbreaking! Why would anyone want to abandon their son even if half of his face is eaten away? I mean did they veer think about him?? Have they thought about if anyone would ever love him? The main love usually comes from biological parents (USUALLY) but in all, this review was fantastic!

I 100% agree with you njzeba. I could never imagine myself doing that. The rest of the book also left me emotional, and I encourage those who are interested in the topic to read it. It's really mind-boggling.
And thank you for your kind words. :tiphat:

Great review! I have not read this book yet, but your review made me interested. This book sounds like it will be a interesting and, at times, sad read. I am really excited to see, if I will like this book as much as you did.

Great review! This sounds like a book I could really get lost in. It's important to remember how we react to things versus letting things happen to us.

It's pretty awesome that it's BOTD! :D

It is uplifting, especially reading the part when he was basically felt torn down, and how he was able to pick himself back up. It left me pretty emotional.
