The guide is full of great examples and illustrations to guide the understanding of both the visual and written learner.
I love that the Author also encompasses other related topics such as: Color Therapy, Essential oils, Chakras, and more..
Also one of the best break downs of energy flow, influences of positive and negative energy and how it all can effect your home and body.
A truly extensive guide I must say! Everyone I know that has it their book is highlighted, tabbed, and noted through out. So when looking from a book to enhance your personal energy this is definitely an inspirational step in the right direction!
