Kindle issue help?

Hello ?

So. Long story short, I have started getting messages from Amazon that I have a title downloaded to the maximum number of licensed devices. In order to have it on another device, I either need to purchase additional licensing or deregister a device it's on.

I have deregistered every device I no longer have or use, but I'm still getting that message for certain titles. I know I can all Amazon, but...ugh. I hate calling. Any suggestions before I do? And, do I need to individually call for each title affected? Thanks.

Have you removed the titles from the devices as well? You should contact them about it. Amazon has a fine customer service. You don't need to call for each title individually, and can deal with it all with one call...Good luck!

Thanks - I did not remove each title, because I thought deregistered get would be enough. I'm relieved to know I won't have to make a call for each title!

Good Afternoon,

I can understand why you are frustrated, and while I do not have an answer for you, I wanted to mention that I have had excellent service when dealing with Amazon if I contact them through their chat service. Also, they have always responded to any question I ask through e-mail within a few hours.

I hope you get your answer quickly.
