Best Paleo cookbook

Post by sgirl58 »

I am interested in eating more in the Paleo style but I checked one book out of the library and it had a lot of bizarre recipes in it for stuff I wouldn't eat-pheasant, venison, rabbit etc.
I would like to know if anyone has found/read a good cookbook for Paleo with normal food recipes in it?
Thanks,
Cathie

What is the Paelo style? I've never heard of it. I know about Paelo mix that you use when making Spanish Paella.

I don't follow a cookbook but the Paleo Leap website has some lovely recipes with plenty of room for improvisation too.
