Overall, I enjoyed the read. I think you'll like it.Guppy wrote:Potential cliff hangers and that many pages isn't unusual for a fantasy genre book. I think I'll give it a go.

Yes, definitely read the sample first. If you're like me, it will bother you if you start and can't finish. I keep thinking the characters are yelling at me during the night while I sleep, "Why did you abandon us?!?" It drives me nuts!gali wrote:Read the sample and see if it is to your taste.Christine_B wrote:This is definitely not the genre of book I read and i'm wondering if I'd like it...

The Kindle edition on Amazon has a preview of the beginning of the book. It's the first few chapters of the book and is really helpful if you're not sureGuppy wrote:Newbie question, what is the sample? Is it a try before you buy thing?

So, have you decided about reading Roan or not?Gravy wrote:I am super interested in this book, but am still hesitant to invest myself in reading it. I'm hoping that someone can help me with this.
For those who've read it:Please, no spoilers
- Does it end in a cliffhanger, or with other gnawing questions left unanswered?
- Does anyone know if or when the second book will be out?
Thank you!

I'm planning to, though I can't say when.
