I was thinking this book would be hard to read so I'm glad to hear it is vividly described and that it is easy to understand. Very nice review. I also read the free sample. But this book is not for me. I never have had even the slightest interest in fantasy books. But still, just coz I joined this site, and thoroughly enjoying being here, I went ahead, read the sample and then the review, in an attempt to be more open to the fantasy genre. However, I am not a fantasy lover! I am a realist but I am sure this book is going to hit home for fantasy lovers!

I just quickly read the free sample on kindle, this fantastic review & now I'm hooked! Toss me a talking dragon, a brave young main character and some slaughtered ogres and I'm in my very happy place.
I was almost giddy when I saw the cover and started reading today's book. Right up my alley and I loved the writing. I am definitely grabbing this one!! (my to read list is getting long!)

Excellent review. Quiet an interesting story. I was completely in the mood to get this until I came across the killing part. To be honest I hate killings. So this book is definitely not for me.
