I still read children's book because it serves as my relaxation and bonding with my nephews and nieces. I also do it because it helps me reminisce my happy book bonding with my mom and dad when I was a kid.

Yes, One of my favorite books is a book that I had a long time ago. I even found it on eBay and bought it again, I have to buy it again. It is a part of the Sweet Valley series featuring the Twins, called the Magic Christmas. It took me forever to find this book again because I could not remember the title. But I wanted it so bad that I kept trying and found it. I love the book so much. It has a great message about teamwork and how it is ok to be different even if you are the same. I love children books because they teach you so much or let you escape to another world. If you need a pick me up they are some of the best books to read because they are so imaginative and you can just relax. I am currently reading a book that reminded me of this book actually. It is also about twins who are different but still have so much in common. It is not exactly a child's book, it's a teen book, but it still counts. Most of the books that I have do not come from the adult section because most adult books lack imagination and wonder. They are also too political sometimes. I rather not worry about politics and society when I read.

Of course I do! I have been reading and enjoying children's books since before I could remember. I may not read them as much, but I do come back to them every now and again. They're just too much fun to let go of!

absolutely. Reading such books awakens the child in me especially when I'm in the company of my little adorable niece. it makes it easier for us to relate with each other at a childish level while we engage in fun-like activities.

I love reading books from children's genres. My kids are still young enough to want me to read to them, and even though my son is almost 9, he would still rather sit down and read Goosebumps with me than anything else! I am also very much into YA fiction. My favorite being Ellen Hopkins.

Children's books have such an interesting opportunity to reach readers at a young age. Many of my favorite books are children's books. I keep meaning to reread The Golden Compass, and of course, I absolutely love Harry Potter. I still read new YA too, but not as much children's lit.

Yes! I read very young picture books to my 5 year old half sister quite often (we love reading Green Eggs and Ham). And since I'm still fairly young myself (college) I mostly read Young Adult fiction.

I do personally. Fairytales were always dear to me, especially since I've spent so much of my middle school and high school years rereading the same books over. I enjoyed immersing myself in fantastical worlds where a Happily Ever After was much more permanent, even if it were boring at times, as well as the almost magical atmosphere that I somehow surround myself with. Those fairytales are actually the reason why I decided to write myself, even if I added my own Gothic flare to them. It's also fun to ponder on the meaning behind them, and how their lessons apply to daily life.
