Roadmap to the end of days by Daniel Friedmann is a non-fiction book best for an analytical thinker. Laced with insights from The Jewish Torah, Abrahamic Books and the Bible, the book holds such deep perspectives concerning one of the most controversial and mystical topics: the apocalypse. In light of the now becoming cliche of Christ coming “soon”, the information in the book gives an estimate period for “soon”.

Friedmann is a well-known historical analyst scholar having written best-selling books such as: The Genesis One Code and The Broken Gift. Even though the topic concerning end of days is one highly avoided, Daniel writes with such grace and wisdom. Explanations are written in a simple language that is clear to understand and the material within well defined. Calendar, dates, tables and terms are defined in the appendix, which forms a large chunk of the 118 pages.

Starting with a brief introduction about biblical history, the subject uncovers a pattern to which days were predestined to follow by default. The question is, if at all there is a definite plan to which the world will end, how come man cannot and has not yet figured out the exact date as quoted in the Bible? This question is well covered as an in-depth perspective of the obstructions and conflicts that occur in the supernatural realm is explained. Where a day in The Creator’s eyes is compared to almost 1000 years for us, the information mined by Friedmann shows that the key events marking past, present and future events can pin point when the world will end. Trend prediction has been determined using science other than biblical history.

I enjoyed reading the book because it holds such deep revelations using facts that I believe are inspired by the Holy Spirit. Having that insights about the end of days are filled with negativity, Friedmann’s approach is that of hope; a peaceful new world that is to come. The suspense ending will leave you hungry for more information, and curious to see what will come next.

In conclusion, I rate Roadmap to the end of Days as 3 out of 4. I would recommend it to any Christian or non-Christian looking for a unique perspective of the end times. I am sure a great number of readers would find hope for a better future from reading this. However, there are a few typing errors that can be found within the book.
