Thank you for the excellent review. Super thorough and complete. Enjoyed reading it. Sounds like a great Action/Fantasy read and a "coming of age novel." Have added it to my list of books to definitely read!

This story prophase: a present tale by Mitchel Street is interesting especially for Piper Walker who accepts the death of her mother from cancer since her young age positively and takes care of her younger brother and also does the house chores. It encourages other young people and especially teenagers who find themselves in such difficult situations to accept their fates and move on in life positively. I encourage young people who love reading to read this book. Thanks for the review.

This book is a great read for adults as well as teenagers. This book speaks about the persona's loss of her mother to a terminal illness and how this led to the dysfunction in her family. It briefly touches the subject of what happens to persons when they lose their beloved and how it affects the household. Piper which is the main character has to 'step up to the plate' and take care of her younger brother while facing her own dilemma with her boyfriend Chris. This is an exciting read and you will thoroughly enjoy the experience.

A fantasy coming of age book. Interesting. I've read the sample, it had a riveting prologue. With your synopsis and review, the book promises to be a good read.

Interesting premise, but too many things happening in the book to the point where it feels forced, combined with not enough detail or only vague detail is unfortunate. Hopefully still a good read.

My reading of the posted reviews of the book suggests that it's an imaginative adventure that I would enjoy, since it presents the usual themes of a young woman's coming of age in a new and interesting way. Furthermore, I would recommend it as a book for young adult readers who are searching for a meaning to life, love and their place in society. :ugeek2:

Coming of age stories are usually not my cup of tea. I guess I was too strange to strongly relate with the often portrayed protagonists but it doesn't mean I didn't become interested. I found a couple amazing, beautiful and deep-meaning thoughts in the sample and your review made me want to give it a chance.
I think I will.
Nice job by the way, thanks for it :)

I remember hearing about this book a while ago, the plot sounds unique and emotional. Too bad about the lack of development of the story's world. Great job on the review. :)

Sampling a few pages of the book, I thought I was reading a Biology book. However, I find it quite interesting that it was only at 18 that Piper discovered she had supernatural abilities.

Its actually the first book I can relate to since I joined the book reading club because its about teenagers.Piper is unique, unlike other teams she loves the woods n the calmness that nature offers.

Unfortunately, Piper lost her mother when she was still young and had to take over her motherly duties and be the mother for her younger brother and father.
