The symbiotic relationship, where Rachel allows Sylvio to take some of her blood but she is in turn healed by it, is a unique twist to the usual vampire story. Thanks for the review.

I read in the sample the part about good vampires being able to walk in the sunlight and I just scoffed aloud. The reviewer liked that though. Maybe I'm just too cynical. :D

Interesting. I think that vampires at this moment are still a little bit played out (though media seems to have moved onto zombies and superheroes now). But this takes an interesting spin, making all the characters have dependent relationships with each other.

Thanks for the great review. I like the twist on vampires in this book, how they can go about in the daylight if their good outweighs their bad. It sounds like an interesting premise. I'm going to put this one on my reading list.

. what a sensational story of past and present by R.E. Beebe. past is history, present is a gift. reviewing this story, it interconnects the world of humanity and the operationalization of vampires, animals as a whole which implies that there is some sort of relationship between humans and animals following the rescue of sylvio the vampire and rachel. this help realize her unforeseen powers though mystical but surviving. it further closes the gap between a higher class of people and the unprivileged of the origin of sylvio.this therefore means that the community is driven by love and care for one another. rescuing life of sylvio creates a chance of living but under conditions to be more focus and stable. this expression means that when life gives us a 2nd chance we ought to behave more discipline, focus and determine.

Thank you for the great review. I'm glad to know that I won't have to read the first novel before reading this one. I also hesitate to read books in a series out of order but, based on your comments, it sounds like I'd be safe to do so. I also can't turn down a book with vampires, witches, demons, AND werewolves.

Thanks for the review. I hate to read a second in the series book and feel like I have missed something so it is good that this one didn't make you feel like that. It is good to know of a "nice" vampire and this definitely sounds like a great read.

I'm always hesitant to read a second book first but I think I will give it a try on the recommendation given in the review. Vamp stories are always a good read. Already downloaded and waiting for me!
