Hello my love by Evy Journey is a very entertaining romance story in the between Two Worlds series. In it we meet Elise, a hard headed, independent law student that volunteers at the legal aid office. She does her best to represent them that are unable or cannot afford to seek representation. We are also introduced to an engaged Greg. He is a well known playboy with an unknown smart side that runs is lights business left to him due to the untimely demise of his father.

We see them being unaware of their feeling for each other up until the day before Greg’s wedding where they succumb to their emotions with disastrous impacts in the name of Lori, his, Ex-fiancée. We then encounter them again two years down the line with each having not been able to forget the other. Elise has something that adds to the remembrance of Him and he is unaware.

A fateful call brings them back together and a wedding is in the works. A hit and runs proves a sign of something nefarious brewing. Is it Lori’s doing or is Elise the subject of a threat due to a case she is trying? Eventually they hold their wedding with Greg ensuring he has done his best to protect his wife from further attacks.

This is a very well written contemporary love story. I fell in love and began relating with Elise from the very first meeting. It’s not only a love story but has an element of whodunit leading to a lot of speculations on who has it in for Elise. It is so well written that one ends up becoming an investigator trying to find clues along with the detective. I enjoyed this book and therefore give it a rating of 3 out of 4. I would have preferred to know Lori’s fate though. Did she eventually get married? A few questions remained un-answe5red but I could leave without having the answers.

I particularly loved that it addressed the choice of women and abortion in the story. A lot was encompassed in the story, the support of family members, career choices. The book brought to light that relationships do not only affect those within the relationship itself. It shows that the growth or death of one may affect the family or friends of they that are in relation to the two. The book was an interesting read and I would definitely recommend to lovers of drama and romance.
