I really lost interest with the accepting patients from all of the galaxies. While I can appreciate the work put into this review, I am not into sci-fi. I appreciate the honesty on the errors in the book, but still considering content itself in your opinions.

Thanks for your very thorough review.

I was gung-ho to read this, due to its premise, and your review assures me it'd be worth the read. Still, the grammatical errors you noted has given me pause, as I'm pretty manic about that kind of thing and have given up on books for such reasons...I may have to toss a coin, now.

But again, great review. Thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks for sharing your review. I don't normally read Sci-Fi too much. But this book sounds good. I like how you feel it is a fast paced read and though it is full of advanced futuristic concepts, it is written in a balanced fashion. Thanks

Not a big sci-fi fan, but a story with a medical theme I must admit is quite intriguing. Will have to take a look...thanks for an informative review!

Both the plot and characters of this book seems really interesting! I love sci-fi, so this looks like a great read for me.

Thanks for this excellent review. It helped me understand some of what I have read so far. Not being familiar with the series may be responsible for my struggle to understand the story line, but your review and my reading thus far lead me to put this book on my "to be read" list.

I did like the preview and did download the book to finish the story. Excellent review on today's book of the day. I liked the idea of the animal adaptations.

I love strong sci-fi books with great characters! I am excited to pick up this read.

It sounds like there are a lot of interesting sci-fi constructs present: artificial intelligence, futuristic technology, and animal-human hybrids. I've got doubts, though, because of the errors and the fact that it's the second in a series.

Interesting review. The novel doesn't seem to focus on Grace Lord though. Thanks for sharing.

Actually, this is not my type of book, I don't believe that there is any other form of humans anywhere than earth. But what I appreciate about this book is the power of the author's creativity. Making the story look real and as if you are watching a movie. He combined humor, tragedy, and love together. Also the review has made it easier to comprehend the story. Good review and good story
