This kind of book that gives messages about teenage angst is very important. It gives us depth about teenage issues like bullying and abuse. Yes, it might be challenging, disturbing and upsetting read but I believe this will help us understand them better. If I were to review it, I will also recommend it bigtime no matter what the flaws are. Good job on the review.

Your review really paints a good picture of this book. I read the first few pages but it didn't retain my interest. However, after reading your review I think I will give this book another chance.

Great review. This novel focuses on a strong topic. I am not sure how I would handle being in this family's situation. Thank you for sharing.

I really struggle to read anything about abuse. It really breaks my heart! This sounds like a good book but may not be for me.

Sounds interesting--too bad about the grammar. Those things really can take you out of the narrative.

Thank you for such honest and heart-stirring review!
I'll read this book for sure, though I see, it's a very hard read. It's a pity, that such strong book has mistakes.

Great review. I just started to read this book and I already think it's going to be a very touching and absorbing book. I myself have gone through severe depression and I always feel nice if people are trying to create more awareness about it and other sensitive topics. :)

You said, "I cried when they cried and hurt when they hurt". From this statement the book is seemed to be too emotional for me to read. However, I congratulate you for presenting your review so brilliantly. Thanks!

This sounds like a very poignant book that offers insights on bullying and why victims sometimes feel that their only recourse is violence. Thank you for your meaningful review.

When blood is thicker than water and the love of a family member doesn't change even if the person changes. I can't wait to read this book, I already feel the deep connection with it.
