Great review! This sounds like quite an intriguing read, being a “thinking thriller”. It also sounds like the author has achieved his goal to both challenge and entertain the readers. I am adding this book to my TBR but am going to put it off for a couple of books. Get a few light reads in before I dive into this oh so heavy read. From this review I think I’ll be having my own hmmm moments. Thanks so much for sharing.

I found this review to be very thought provoking and spiritually inspiring. The reader is quickly engaged in the events of the story of Leah's serious car accident and amazing recovery, followed by her Messianic messages to the world at large.

Would you or the people you know be receptive to this message of heavenly love and regard and willingly forgo your hard-earned possessions and lifestyle to follow this 'Joan-of-Arc'-type woman's preaching?

Or would you dismiss her as simply a random, [should be 'care in the community'] rambling, delusional idiot who should be put 'somewhere' for her own protection and ignored thereafter?

You'll have to read this fascinatingly different book to find out!

It is a great review and quite encouraging and interesting. The book excites to read about Leah Warner how she went into unhealthy condition but recovered by God’s grace and she is sent back with a simple message to share to the world that God loves everyone unconditionally and wants everyone to love each other though she gets the mix up with the same in other aspect.

A very well analysed review. Hale entertains and challanges a reader. My only worry is the cover photo. Seems scaring and may likely turn out to be readily misinterpreted.

I am always leery of these types of books. What one might call a "faith based" book is something I tend to steer away from in my reading, simply because of my own convinctions. I feel a subject based heavily in religious topics should have a good foundation on which the reader can see the author stand. Whether that foundation is the premise that all religion is mythology, or that one or another religion is truth, I am more comfortable reading these types of books when that premise is clear.

That said, I have downloaded this book and do plan to read it, as per your opinion the author seems to supersede the need for such a base with the idea that the main character is as unsure about it as the reader may be. I am eager to see how the subject is approached and what conclusions can be drawn from my own perspective. I also am eager to read the reviews of others who will be experiencing this book along side me. A multitude of opinions makes for better understanding. Especially in the case of books designed to make the reader introspective, which this sounds as though it seems to do.

Thank you for your review. It was informative and enlightening. I now look forward to my own experience.

Great review. A book to make you think is one I enjoy and this one I read a while ago and it was really good. The philosophy of loving one another and that's all God wants is an interesting premise and this was quite the enjoyable read. Congrats on being BOTD.

Great and thorough review.

I actually LIKE the eye on the cover, btw (and it being in my fave color also helps)...But I've always been fascinated by stories of people who've had near-death experiences, so this is right up my alley. As a spiritual person, I'm also greatly interested in the spiritual aspect of the story. Not to get preachy, here, but the first "Christians" in the Bible - Peter, Paul, etc. - were also persecuted for their beliefs, so I'd love to read a more modern take on such a theme.

I love the cover of this book and the fact that it has such strong characters! Thank you for your lovely review.

I can definitely see how this would be a thought provoking book. Spreading the message that God exists and that he loves us, without giving preference to a particular religion, is a glorified recipe for conflict. It sounds like this one is worth a closer look!
