Publishing children's books
I have two manuscripts completed for children's books, but have had a had time deciding if I should try Amazon or not? Any dos and don'ts? Any suggestions? I was burned greatly by America Star when I made the grave mistake of going with them.

You should try Amazon or Barnes and Noble. You can also read up Scott's tips on publishing. I'm sure it'll be a big help to you.

I also have some finished manuscripts for children's books. Lately, I haven't put much thought into publishing them. I did tell myself that I would give Amazon a try though. It seems like a lot of people have some success with it though.

I have been a part of a writer's group because of my trade, and one of the suggestions was to try hybrid publishing. The are neither the little guy nor the big guys. They will work with you to help get it publishable and go halvsies on promotion. It sounded like a great option to me if I were an author.
