This book sounds very cool and I love it even more knowing that it is part of a series. It can be very hard for an author to keep up the suspense and romance of a story over two or three novels, but this author has done it flawlessly. I like that the story is set in England at the beginning of their engagement. I also liked that the couple had their struggles and successes making them more relatable.

I think Kaylin McFarren's narrative, which largely dwells on the relationship between Chase Cohen and Rachel Lyons, will make an enjoyable reading. Although, catalogued under crime/mystery, Banished Threads sounds like my kind of book. I think the review is well laid out.

This is a beautiful cover. I'm not a big fan of mystery thrillers but I think I will still read this one. It's good that you can still enjoy the third book before reading the first two as well.

I am pleased you do not need to read the first two books to be able to follow this story. Twists and turns appeal to me and I enjoy the challenge of trying to fit the pieces together so this sounds like a good read.
