It seems like the story flows effortlessly, the universe of the story is wonderfully built. This writer definitely knows what she’s doing. I believe this is highly recommend to anyone who enjoys reading historical fiction. Or anyone who enjoys reading a good book. Period.

Arguably it's a good book bt the writer over used sophisticated words making the reader to go back to the dictionary all the time

I can't seem to put the book into context. The names are similar with each other. Why is that? Anyways, thank you for the review. Glad you loved the book.

Thank you very much for the review, it made me very curious. I really love historical books of any genre. If my history teacher would've used this kinds of books in his lectures I would've been his favorite student. I can't wait to start the book.

Thanks for the review, it sounds like you really liked the book a lot. I used to think of myself as a fan of historical fiction till I realized there are only some time periods I like reading about. This definitely falls into that category - will add it to my to-read list. :)

The reply is great indicating that you have gone through the feelings the words in the books are trying to express. By name it sounds like a surrealist fiction. Anyway, I will make my time to read this once.

This sounds like quite an interesting story. I do love a good historical fiction from time to time. Any book that one HAS to stay up to finish is a good one in my book. Thanks for the review.

Historical fiction based on the Danelaw years? I love it! Seems interesting, and I like that the author tried to keep it close to history but still intriguing for modern day readers. Will definitely be adding this to my "must read" list.
