Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

I have tried to download the book Strong Heart but I couldn't download it through Amazon Gift because the giveaway had ended.

When I downloaded the book I was able to open it on my phone. A few days later when I searches for it to open and read it, I could find the file, but couldn't open it any more (in the meantime nothing happened new or have been installed on my phone). Now I don't have an option any more to download it again, but still haven't read the book. What can I do? Thanks!

Good morning!
I am not sure if this is the correct page to write this concern, but since there was no message box under the tab "different issue to report" I opted to send this message here. I am already due for review but I can not make a review since I lost the file of the book I am currently reviewing "Drift to Shift". My computer crashed and was not able to save any copy in my Google drive. I already received a warning email.
Can I still make a review? Can I still download the file?

The code is still not working for LIVING THROUGH 2016 by JK Pascall. I checked it again today. This is the day that I have to update or loose points, so I'm hoping you can send another code or another way of downloading the book as the Amazon code isn't working. Thanks, Kat

For over a month, I've tried to download kindle reading app to my device but it's not working. I've not yet started to read the book I elected to review. What do I do? I'd love to download it again in pdf, but how?? Please, I need help. This is really bugging me.

You can convert the file via the Calibre App.

I have tried everything your site has recommended to open the file, at this point im no longer interested in even reading or downloading the book. please recind my membership to this website. I dont believe I have the proper tablet/kindle or other forum to download. Perhaps at a later date, I will be able to join again. I am sorry for any inconveince this may have caused.
